After making the big move across Canada, I felt a deep desire to learn and experience more. Nutrition had always fascinated me, especially the way food can fuel both body and mind. Driven by my passion for sport and performance, I decided to study holistic nutrition at Collège Éducacentre in Vancouver.

At first, I wasn’t sure where this path would lead. But as I completed my studies, I understood the work that lights me up: helping people like me, those who want to embrace everything the Sea to Sky has to offer, live with vitality and energy. Whether it’s climbing, skiing, biking, or simply enjoying the outdoors, I believe food is the foundation that allows us to thrive.

Today, I combine science and creativity in my work as a holistic nutritionist and personal chef. My mission is to empower others to eat well effortlessly, with meals that are both nourishing and joyful. I bring a personalized approach to every client, blending nutrition knowledge with imagination in the kitchen, so that healthy living feels inviting, accessible, and connected to nature.
